The Company is run by the two owners who are both directors and shareholders of the company.
Director 1 acts as both Managing and Finance Director. While Director 2 provides technical and design advice as well as site surveying for more complex jobs.
A Factory Manager and two supervisors form the middle management of the Company and all of them report to Director 1.
